Speakers included STACEY ABRAMS, chair of Fair Fight Action, former minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives, and the 2018 Democratic nominee for governor in Georgia; NORMAN LEAR, legendary TV/film producer and political and social activist and philanthropist; and KATHLEEN HALL JAMIESON, the Elizabeth Ware Packard professor of communication at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School for Communication, the Walter and Leonore director of the university’s Annenberg Public Policy Center, and program director of the Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands.
